What we actually do, and what we don’t
Plenty of firms list every trade going. We would rather tell you where we are genuinely good, and who to call when we are not the right people.
What we do
- Oil heating — servicing, repair, replacement and tanks. The bulk of our work.
- Hot water — unvented cylinders, replacements, and systems that have stopped behaving.
- Plumbing — leaks, emergencies, and the ordinary jobs nobody else turns up for.
- Bathrooms — full installations, start to finish.
- Gas — boilers, servicing, repairs and landlord certificates.
- Cooling — air conditioning and heat pumps, installed and serviced.
- Water treatment — softeners, in one of the hardest water areas in the country.
What we don’t
- Guesswork on price — no figures over the phone before anyone has looked at the job.
- Rip-out for the sake of it — if the old one has years left, we will tell you so.
- Drainage and groundworks — not our trade. We will point you at someone who does it properly.
- Work we cannot stand behind — if it needs a specialist, we say so and tell you who.
